UK Digital Health Leader Voy Enters India Through Acquisition of EarlyFit to Expand Access to GLP-1 Weight Loss Care

London-headquartered healthcare company, which has served over 20 Lakh patients globally, launches Voy India to make evidence-based obesity treatment accessible nationwide

New Delhi, India – May 20th, 2026 – Voy, the London-headquartered digital healthcare company and market leader in GLP-1 obesity care in the UK, Germany, and Brazil, today announced its entry into India through the acquisition of EarlyFit, one of India's leading online weight loss platforms.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Voy as it expands into one of the world's largest and fastest-growing healthcare markets. EarlyFit will now operate as Voy India, combining Voy's global clinical expertise and technology platform with EarlyFit's deep understanding of the Indian market and established network of specialist doctors.

Voy India will initially focus on weight loss and obesity care, with the recent expiry of the semaglutide patent expected to make this breakthrough treatment accessible to a much larger segment of the population. Over time, the company plans to expand into a broader range of therapeutic areas, leveraging nearly a decade of Voy's clinical and operational expertise across global markets.

Voy India will continue to serve patients across the country through a network of more than 20 endocrinologists and obesity specialists, led by Dr. Saptarshi Bhattacharya (DM Endocrinology, AIIMS), along with EarlyFit co-founders Parth Chopra and Saloni Paliwal.
